Covington Man Faces Federal Charge, Accused of Selling Fatal Dose of Heroin
A Covington man was indicted last week on federal charges that he sold a dose of heroin that killed a user.
From the Cincinnati Enquirer's Brenna Kelly:
According to the indictment, prosecutors say Tingle sold heroin in Kenton County, on or about April 20. The person who bought the heroin died from an overdose after using the drug.
Tingle pleaded not guilty and goes to trial in November. He faces twenty years in prison and a maximum fine of $1 million.
