Covington Business Council, Urban Partnership Name New Boards
The Covington Business Council (CBC) and its partner organization, the Urban Partnership (UP), which would oversee the proposed Business Improvement District in Downtown Covington, announced new officers this week.
Matt Jehn of Waltz Business Solutions will serve as Chair of the CBC for 2014. Scott Guenther of law firm Adams, Stepner, Woltermann, & Dusing, will be Chair-Elect.
Steve Brunson of Citizens Bank of Northern Kentucky, the past Chairman of the Board, will be the CBC's treasurer in 2014. Bob Berendsen of Idea Zone Marketing will serve as secretary.
CBC Board Members At-Large for 2014 are George Hagan (Providence Pavilion), Colette Ridge (Expense Reduction Analysts), and Vince Terry (Moody Nolan Architects).
Brunson will serve both organizations as treasurer of the CBC and the new Chair of the Urban Partnership.
Hagan will also be part of both boards, serving as Chair-Elect at UP for 2014.
Mark Arnzen of Dinsmore & Schol will serve as UP's secretary.
Members At-Large are Laura Kroeger (Gateway Community & Technical College), Pam McDonald (Time Warner Cable), Greg Paeth (Covington Neighborhood Collaborative), Roger Peterman (Peck, Shaffer, Williams), Jeanne Schroer (The Catalytic Fund), and Dale Silver (C-Forward).
