State Supreme Court Justice to Speak in Covington
Kentucky Supreme Court Justive Michelle M. Keller will speak in Covington on Thursday.
The judge, appointed to the Commonwealth's highest court in April 2013 by Governor Steve Beshear, is a guest of the Northern Kentucky Democratic League.
Keller replaced Justice Wil Schroder who retired in January 2013 and died late last October.
She previously served six years as a Kentucky Court of Appeals judge and currently serves as chair of the court system's Technology Governance Committee.
“We are honored to have Justice Keller as our featured speaker,” Shawn Masters, Chair of the NKDL. “It’s important for Northern Kentuckians to know how important this judgeship is, and what it entails.”
NKDL meets on the third Thursday of each month. Justice Keller will speak on Thursday, March 20 at 6 p.m. at Molly Malones (112 E 4th Street – Covington). The meeting is open to the public.
