Future of Marianne Theater to Be Discussed at Public Meeting

What's to become of the old Marianne Theater in Bellevue?

The City announced its plans to pursue purchase of the art deco structure on Fairfield Avenue in March before ultimately closing on a sale in May.

There are no specific redevelopment plans yet.

A public engagement session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 30 - in two parts. The first will allow for tours of the historic structure from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. followed by public discussion at the Callahan Center on Van Voast Avenue at 7 p.m.
