Winter Storm Warning for Northern Kentucky
A winter storm warning is in effect for Northern Kentucky starting at 9 p.m. Sunday and lasting through noon on Monday.
The National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio reports that overnight snow could accumulate three to five inches.
Here's how it starts: rain will develop early Sunday evening and then change to snow by midnight. That snow will continue overnight and then taper off Monday morning.
Expect travel conditions to be impacted.
Sunday's high will reach the 42-degree mark while on Monday the high will hit 32 at 10 a.m. before falling to around 24 for the remainder of the day.
For the rest of the week, highs will be in the mid-30s and outside of some flurries on Tuesday there is no more snow in the 7-day forecast.
