ADVISORY: This is How Windy it Could Be Today
It's so windy today that the National Weather Service issued a wind advisory through 10 p.m. Monday.
The NWS expects winds from the southwest at 20 to 30 miles per hour with gusts reaching 50 MPH.
Be on the lookout for possible scattered tree and power line damage along with some minor property damage in the highest gusts.
Winds that strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
A wind advisory is issued when sustained winds are forecast to be 31 to 39 MPH or gusts will range between 46 and 57 MPH.
As for the rest of the forecast, showers and possibly a thunderstorm are likely before 11 a.m. to noon. Temperatures will drop to 49 by 5 p.m. Tonight's low will hit 34.
On Tuesday, expect partly sunny skies with a high near 41.
