This is What it Looked Like Inside the Ft. Wright Walmart on Thanksgiving Night
Thanksgiving night, Walmart opened for the holiday shopping season with deals beginning at 6 p.m.
Sure enough, the people came.
Lots of people.
A sheriff's deputy was positioned outside, the area around the registers was cordoned off by employees, and all the hot deals were wrapped in plastic so that no early birds could get their hands on them too soon (when one section got a little handsy too soon, a loud shouting match ensued between shoppers -- "It's not 6 o'clock yet!").
At 6 p.m., the employees removed the plastic and the shoppers dove in.
