Buttermilk Crossing Sells for More Than $11 Million
The Crescent Springs retail center anchored by a Staples store has been sold to out of town investors.
Kenton County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) records show that Buttermilk Crossing was sold on March 15 for $11.3 million to Buttermilk Realty, LLC. The Cincinnati Business Courier reported this week that the LLC is attached to a private family from New York that did not want to be identified.
The successful retail center has only two empty spaces currently and will be managed by American Commercial Realty.
In addition to Staples, Buttermilk Crossing is home to an Outback Steakhouse, Asian restaurant Sweet Basil, Bluegrass Urgent Care, and more.
It last sold, according to property records, 14 months ago for $6.8 million.
