Thomas More College senior football wide receiver Tyler Vogelpohl, sophomore women’s tennis student-athlete Alyssa DeFiglio and senior men’s soccer forward Austin Juniet earned weekly honors from the Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) office on Tuesday.

Vogelpohl was named the PAC Football Offensive Player of the Week. Vogelpohl set the Thomas More single-game receiving yards record in Saturday's 48-0 shutout win over No. 19 St. John Fisher College. He finished the day with 207 yards on eight catches, including a pair of touchdown grabs.

DeFiglio was named the PAC Women’s Tennis Player of the Week. DeFiglio helped lead the Saints to a 2-0 record last week by posting a combined record of 4-0. In singles play, she competed at No. 1 and won 6-0, 6-4 against Marietta College and 6-1, 6-3 against Defiance. She teamed with Maryann Meadows at No. 1 doubles and earned an 8-4 victory against Marietta and an 8-3 win against Defiance College.

Juniet, who played at Newport Central Catholic, was named the PAC Men’s Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. Juniet helped lead the Saints to a 2-0 record to start their season as he totaled eight points on three goals and two assists over the two matches. He scored both game-winning goals for Thomas More in victories over Wittenberg University and Case Western Reserve University.
