Survey: Christ Hospital is Most Preferred in Cincinnati
For the 20th consecutive year, The Christ Hospital has been named the Most Preferred Hospital in Greater Cincinnati and winner of the 2015 Consumer Choice Award presented by National Research Corporation (NRC).
In the NRC independent survey of local households, Market Insights, The Christ Hospital ranked #1 in all award metric categories: Best Doctors; Best Nurses; Best Overall Quality; and Best Image and Reputation.
The Christ Hospital is one of just 34 hospitals – out of nearly 5,000 nationwide – to have earned the Consumer Choice Award each year since its introduction in 1996. NRC surveys consumers in markets throughout the U.S.; locally, the Greater Cincinnati market includes Southwest Ohio, Northern Kentucky and Southeast Indiana.
“The Consumer Choice Award is a significant accomplishment and a very prestigious honor. Being one of the very few hospitals to win Most Preferred each year since inception means we are achieving our mission of improving the health of the community and creating patient value by providing exceptional outcomes, affordable care and the finest experiences,” said Mike Keating, President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network. “It demonstrates that our mission resonates with the community…and that patients and families truly value the care that our exceptional physicians, dedicated employees and tireless volunteers provide.”
Christ Hospital operates an outpatient center in Ft. Wright and is developing a 75,000 sq. ft. medical office building in Ft. Mitchell where the Drawbridge Inn used to be.
It is the only Cincinnati-based hospital on the NRC list.
