Photos: Ludlow Park Cleaned Up by Volunteers

Around 100 volunteers came together in Ludlow to chip in on the Ludlow Memorial Park Overhaul that took place on Friday morning. Duke Energy helped spearhead the effort and brought over 50 employees to help with such tasks as replacing the light bulbs on the baseball fields, paint the existing playground equipment, add new mulch and play equipment and even help paint new murals that will be featured in the park.

There were also over 40 students from Ludlow High School there to add a helping hand and learn new skills.

Duke Energy partners with Hands Across Nashville, which is a promotional, non-profit organization that specializes in the organization and management of such rehabilitation projects like the park overhaul.
