SHP Leading Design Opens New Office in Bellevue
Looking to develop a deeper connection with clients throughout northern Kentucky, SHP Leading Design has opened a new office at 223 Fairfield Avenue in Bellevue.
The Bellevue location is SHP’s third, joining the Cincinnati and Columbus offices. The new office represents business and geographic growth for the architectural services firm that works with educational, corporate and public clients.
“Our new office in Northern Kentucky will help SHP expand its clientele while fostering already-developed relationships in the area,” said Lauren Della Bella, president. “We are excited for this opportunity as it will lead to beneficial growth for both our firm and our clients.”
Tom Fernandez, executive vice president, has primary oversight responsibility for the office. As a resident of Fort Thomas, and the former president of both AIA Kentucky and AIA Northern Kentucky, Fernandez has strong ties to Northern Kentucky. He also served as former AIA National Ohio Valley regional director and as a board member of the AIA Kentucky political action committee. Fernandez will be supported by a number of staff who also live in northern Kentucky and are playing key roles in the growth and development of the office.
As a national educational design expert, SHP Leading Design offers a complete line of planning, architecture, interior design, engineering, construction administration and facilities management services.
