UpTech Announces Details of Accelerator's 4th Demo Day
UpTech, metro Cincinnati’s accelerator for informatics-driven startups, announced today that their fourth Demo Day will be held on the evening of February 4, 2016 at 84.51° in downtown Cincinnati. UpTech’s 4th cohort of companies will be showcasing their businesses via pitch format to an audience of community partners, investors and startup enthusiasts. A reception will follow the pitch event at the same location.
"84.51° is proud to be a part of our community's startup ecosystem and we’re excited to partner as host for UpTech’s 4th Demo Day," said Tony Blankemeyer, Startup Liaison at 84.51°. "UpTech and 84.51° share a focus on analytics and customer insights, themes our region is well-positioned to continue leading. Companies who are in the first year of our Startups-in-Residence program are all graduates of local accelerators. We’re confident this is just the beginning of a talented pipeline of data-centric companies to come out of UpTech."
"We are in the rapid growth stage of big data and analytics, primarily in the sectors of business, health, and customer analytics. The Greater Cincinnati Region is on the leading edge of Informatics and no company better exemplifies this revolution than 84.51º," said Frank Caccamo, former CIO and founding Board Member of UpTech.
