Ft. Mitchell Attorney Honored in National Report
A Ft. Mitchell attorney was among those honored with his Cincinnati law firm.
Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, a national report of American lawyers and law firms, included Wood Herron & Evans LLP and four of its attorneys, including Ft. Mitchell's Gregory Lunn.

The report describes Wood Herron & Evans, the region’s largest intellectual property (IP) law firm, as a “respected IP boutique with expertise in all areas relating to IP, with particular strength in patent preparation and prosecution.” The firm’s “large stable of attorneys with significant industry experience” was also noted.
Additionally, the four Wood Herron & Evans lawyers recognized in the 2016 Chambers USA report for their excellence in IP law in Ohio include Kenneth Germain, Stephen Gillen, and Lori Krafte.
Lunn focuses his practice on patent prosecution and infringement. Lunn was recognized by Chambers for his representation of clients from the chemical industry. Lunn has been selected by Chambers as a leader in the field of IP law every year since 2005.
Kenneth Germain, of counsel, has more than 40 years of varied experience in the trademark/unfair competition field. Germain is noted by Chambers as being “well respected for his diverse experience in all matters relating to trademark litigation and unfair competition.” Germain has been selected by Chambers as a leader in the field of IP law every year since 2004. He lives in Blue Ash.
Stephen Gillen, partner with Wood Herron & Evans, concentrates his practice on publishing, media, and copyright matters. Chambers stated that Gillen “continues to impress observers with his strength in contentious and noncontentious copyright matters.” Gillen has been selected by Chambers as a leader in the field of IP law every year since 2006. He lives in Columbia Tusculum.
Lori Krafte, partner with Wood Herron & Evans, counsels clients in all areas of copyrights, advertising and media law, privacy, trademarks, domain disputes and other internet law matters. Krafte was praised by Chambers commentators for her “recognized experience at the intersection of IP law with media, advertising and internet law.” Krafte has been selected by Chambers as a leader in the field of IP law every year since 2006. She lives in Anderson Township.
