Bengals QB Andy & Jordan Dalton Donate Hub to Redwood School
Cincinnati Bengals Pro Bowl quarterback Andy Dalton and his wife, Jordan, were on hand at the Redwood School in Ft. Mitchell as they unveiled a new Hub as part of the Andy & Jordan Dalton Foundation on Tuesday.
This Hub will provide children and adults access to electronic devices for educational and therapeutic purposes. The devices are meant to help increase motivation to learn and will include personalized lessons for individual needs.
“We feel incredibly blessed to bring a Hub to Redwood,” said Andy Dalton, in a news release. “The other Hubs we’ve donated have been great for families and patients at various children’s hospitals as a way to entertain them during a hospital stay. This one is a bit different with a more educational approach, so we were thrilled to see it so well received by the children and adults at Redwood.”
This is the foundation’s fifth Hub, with one at Cincinnati Children’s, two at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas and on at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston.
The Daltons launched their foundation in 2011 to provide opporunities and support, and life-changing experiences to seriously ill and physically challenged children and their families.
