Accused Meth/Heroin Dealer Arrested in Ludlow
An accused dealer of heroin and methamphetamine was arrested in Ludlow on Thursday.
Ludlow Police announced that they served a search warrant to an undisclosed residence at around noon to check on a suspect drug dealer.
K9 Oakley assisted responding officers and an arrest was made and drugs were recovered.
The suspect, who was not identified in the news release, is being held at the Kenton Co. Detention Center.
The jail lists an inmate by the name of Paul Michael Manning, 34, who was arrested by Ludlow Police and booked before 3 a.m. Thursday. He is charged with trafficking meth, possession of heroin and marijuana, attempted promotion of contraband, and a parole violation.
He is being held on $10,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, September 14.
