Business Brief: Buck Named Equity Partner at LifePlan
A Northern Kentucky man was added as equity partner at LifePlan Financial Group, Inc.
Christopher J. Buck, of Independence, joins Dan Hypes and Ty Phillippi as a stock holder in the firm.
“(Buck) has been living the LifePlan philosophy with our clients for over two decades,” said Hypes, co-founder of LifePlan. “We are very excited about this new role.”
Buck has been an active participant of the LifePlan Executive Team since 2006. As an equity partner, LifePlan hopes to benefit from his long term experience in applying LifePlan principles with clients, and expanding the leadership team which adds stability for future growth, a news release said.
The company noted Buck's well-thought out, methodical approach to leadership that attracts loyalty from clients and employees.
Buck, originally from Findlay, Oh., earned his bachelor of science degree in business from Wright State University in 1994. He received his certified planner certification in August 2005.
He joined the management staff of LifePlan Financial Group, Inc., as a financial planner in 1993. He currently functions as the vice president, and oversees the firm’s human resources and corporate culture, and works directly with his personal client base.
Chris resides in Independence with his wife Jenny and daughters Emma, Sophie, and Cate.
