14-Year Old Villa Madonna Student Scores Perfect 36 on ACT
He's only 14-years old, but John Dumancic crushed the ACT.
The Union teen scored a perfect 36, according to an announcement from his family.
36 is the highest possible score on the test, which measures aptitude in English, math, reading, and science.
On average, one-tenth of 1-percent of all ACT test-takers score a perfect 36.
Dumancic will be a sophomore at Villa Madonna Academy next school year. He is the son of Dominik and Laura Dumancic.
In a letter to the student recognizing this exceptional achievement, ACT Chief Executive Officer Marten Roorda stated, “Your achievement on the ACT is significant and rare. While test scores are just one of multiple criteria that most colleges consider when making admission decisions, your exceptional ACT composite score should prove helpful as you pursue your education and career goals.”
