5 Arrested on Drug Charges in Southgate
Five people are behind bars accused of drug charges after being arrested at a Southgate home on Wednesday.
According to Campbell County Detention Center records, Edwin Clark, 78, is charged with trafficking heroin, and trafficking near a school; Barbara Lyons-McArthur, 54, is charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, possessing drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence; Brant Wren, 36, is charged with trafficking heroin and trafficking near a school; Lana Lyon-Clark, 36, is charged with possessing methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia; and Thomara McArthur, 32, is charged with trafficking heroin, trafficking near a school, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Southgate Police and the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Task Force made the arrests, reportedly at 132 Evergreen Street, which is directly behind St. Therese School.
All five are expected to be arraigned in Campbell District Court on Thursday.
