Twilight in the Gardens Returns to Baker Hunt

Twilight in the Gardens is back at Covington's Baker Hunt on Saturday.

The art & cultural center, celebrating ninety-one years on Greenup Street, attracted six hundred people to the event last year.

“For years, Baker Hunt has been a magnet for youth and adults wishing to explore and discover their artistic side.” said Executive Director Ray Kingsbury. “This year’s Twilight in the Gardens is a special community celebration of the important investment that Margaretta Baker-Hunt and her niece Kate Scudder made to further the accessibility of art education to everyone.”

Twenty-two restaurants will be hand: Greyhound Tavern, The Tousey House, Jersey Mike's, Piper's, Taste of Belgium, Chez Nora, Main Bite, Zazou, Wunderbar, Kaldi's Catering, Keystone, Otto's, Buona Vita Pizzeria, Oriental Wok, eat well celebrations & feast, Bouquet, The Firehouse on West Sixth, Dixie Chili, Molly Malone's irish Pub, Down Under, Django Western Taco, and Grateful Grahams.

Arts and music will also be part of the event.

“Twilight in the Gardens will be a magical night on the beautiful campus of Baker Hunt. This is a special event and we are pulling out all the stops, more lights, music, art, food and fun," said Ron Padgett, chair of this year’s event. “We are inviting the whole community to this don’t miss event.”
