Known Heroin User Steals Mom's Car with Baby Sister Inside
UPDATE (4:30 p.m.): The man is under arrest after trading the vehicle for drugs in a Cincinnati neighborhood, according to police. The child is safe.
An Amber Alert has been issued after a vehicle was stolen with a 22-month old boy inside.
Milford, Ohio Police issued the alert on Monday afternoon.
The alert indicates that Donovan Wayne Coleman, 21, a known heroin user, stole his mother's vehicle from a local pawn shop while his 22-month old brother was inside.
The vehicle is a 2003 Toyota Matrix. No color was provided in the alert.
