Kentuckians will be able to access medical marijuana sooner than expected
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear has signed House Bill 829, shortening the timeline for the sale of medical marijuana from 2025 to 2024, with business owners able to apply for licenses starting July 1 and being approved through a lottery system.
