$3.5 Million Covington Penthouse Hits the Market
High above RiverCenter Boulevard at the top of the Madison Place office building are several multi-million dollar condominiums with Manhattan-style amenities and quite possibly the best views of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to be found anywhere. One just hit the market and according to the Cincinnati Business Courier, it was a unit originally designed in 2001 for former Cincinnati Red Barry Larkin and is currently owned by former Procter & Gamble CEO A.G. Laffley:
“It’s something you might see in Chicago, Vegas or New York,” (Broker Susan) Asch said.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath condo comes with two assigned parking spots, access to the Marriott hotel’s indoor pool and gym, and two exclusive elevators.
One of the unique features you can’t see in the pictures is the $75,000 in sound proofing Larkin had installed so he could watch movies in his home theater without disturbing his neighbors.
The luxury condo also has more than 900 square feet of outdoor terrace, with a view of Paul Brown Stadium.
