Covington Wants Feedback on New City Website
The City of Covington is going to have a new website and wants to hear from citizens on what should be included. Covington's website has looked relatively the same since the early 2000s and plans for a new one has been in the works since at least last year.
In late January, an organization that grades government websites based on the entity's online transparency scored Covington a C-.
From the City of Covington, which just recently launched an official Facebook page:
Calling Covington Residents & Businesses - Your Opinion Matters! We are redesigning your city's website and we need your feedback! Please tell us what you think; your opinion will help improve our site in the near future!
Questions in the survey include age, gender, role in Covington (resident, visitor, business owner), and then some about the current website such as ease of use and frequency of visits. To take the survey, click here.
