The National Weather Service issued a hazardous weather outlook for the region Sunday night. A low pressure system will affect the region from today through Wednesday, though the NWS reports that there is uncertainty regarding the track of the system.
The type and amount of precipitation will depend on the storm's track. On Tuesday, the NWS expects a mix of rain and snow with the best shot at snow accumulation on Tuesday night into Wednesday.
