Fire at Nuck-n-Futz, Traffic Collisions Slow Taylor Mill Rd.
Fire broke out Saturday afternoon at Nuck-n-Futz, the Taylor Mill wings restaurant on Taylor Mill Road.
Flames and smoke were visible from nearby properties including the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses from where the photo attached to this article was taken.
Taylor Mill Road was shut down in both directions for a spell, but shortly after 4:00 p.m., police were allowing some cars through.
The cause and extent of the fire is not yet known. WCPO reports that the fire started in the back of the building and that Nuck-n-Futz, which suffered its second fire in two years, is closed indefinitely due to the significant damage.
Meanwhile, traffic was also snarled on Taylor Mill Road closer to the I-275 exit/entrance ramps where at least six cars were involved in a crash. Traffic was slow in both directions at that scene as well, which is roughly between a half mile and a mile from the fire.
For cars looking for an alternative route down 3-L Highway to South Covington also saw an accident on that road just off the exit from I-275.
