Sushi Cincinnati Moves to New Location on Pike Street
Sushi Cincinnati has moved a block east from its previous location on Pike Street in Downtown Covington.
The young establishment hosts sushi rolling and dining events, previously at the former Pike Place Bingo building and now inside 130 West Pike Street whose most recent tenant, Eros Salon, moved to Cincinnati.
Sushi Cincinnati writes at its Facebook page that the new location will seat up to forty people. The operators will welcome guests starting Wednesday (May 15). See Sushi Cincinnati's website for details on how to make a reservation.
The building that housed Pike Place Bingo (and perhaps most recognizably, Downtown Covington's old JC Penney) is slated to become Covington's new (temporary) City Hall. The city announced in February a deal with the building's owners, the Salyers Group, to move from its current building at the corner of Seventh Street & Madison Avenue which is to become The Hotel Covington.
A date for the city to move has not been finalized.
