Jeff Ruby Donates $33,000 to Reward Fund for Slain Kentucky Officer

Restaurateur Jeff Ruby, who recently announced that he would be reopening the Waterfront floating restaurant at Covington Landing, has donated $33,000 to the reward fund in the case of a Bardstown, Kentucky police officer gunned down nine days ago.

Officer Jason Ellis was shot to death while on duty on Saturday, May 25. No arrests have been made.

With Ruby's donation, the reward fund is now at $130,000.
