The 1888 structure is now residential but was originally built as Covington Firehouse #4 and is situated on the corners of Main & Emma Streets in Mainstrasse Village.
The first floor garage has a finished floor, workshop area, laundry, bathroom, and holds up to eight cars.
According to the graphic, the living quarters upstairs was designed by a prominent local architect twenty years ago.
There are two complete living areas upstairs connected by a door between them.
The main living area has a loft bedroom, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bath, dining area with skylight, and a second room that can be used as an office or bedroom.
The second residence is a studio painted in Lotus racing colors with its own living area, kitchen, bedroom area, and two skylights.
