Traffic Lights Now in Operation at Hands Pike & Taylor Mill Road
Traffic lights are now operational at the intersection of Hands Pike and Taylor Mill Road in South Covington.
The River City News first reported that the lights were being put up in August, when Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District Six Spokesperson Nancy Wood identified the location of new traffic lights in the Taylor Mill Road widening project.
The lights were put in place in early November but hung there without power for more than a month.
It is another new addition to commuters from southern Kenton County who use the busy road and follows a recent switch to the traffic pattern that has caused delays during the evening commute.
