Woman Leaves Credit Card at Olive Garden, Later Sees Server Buying TV
A woman left her credit card at an Olive Garden in Richmond, Kentucky and later spotted her server using it to buy a television at a nearby Walmart, according to police.
The woman was notified that her card was being used to make a $700 purchase at the big box retailer and she decided to go to the store to see for herself, the Lexington Herald-Leader reported.
Devincent Deterra was spotted pushing a car out of the store with a TV inside and when the woman confronted him she was allegedly shoved to the ground causing an injury to her shoulder and nose.
Deterra was eventually booked into the Madison County Detention Center on charges of fourth degree assault, theft of identity, theft of a stolen credit card, and theft by deception. He was released on January 23.
