Man Arrested After Allegedly Walking Out on Anchor Grill Tab, Fleeing from Police
A man is behind bars Tuesday morning after police say he dined and dashed from the Anchor Grill and then led Covington Police on a chase.
Michael Rheault, 30, was booked into the Kenton County Detention Center at around 6:30 a.m.
He dashed from the Anchor Grill on Pike Street without paying his bill shortly before 4 a.m., but according to WKRC, two Covington officers were also eating there at the time and took off after him.
Following a car chase that ended near Notre Dame Academy in Park Hills, Rheault allegedly took off on foot.
He was later captured and will appear in court Tuesday morning to face charges of first degree wanton endangerment, first degree fleeing or evading police, theft of services, reckless driving, and illegal possession of legend drug.
