Accused Bellevue, Newport Peeping Tom Burglar Arrested
A Covington man is behind bars, accused of breaking into a home in Bellevue and another one in Newport, both times touching females who were in bed.
Mickey Marcum, 25, was arrested Friday morning by Newport Police after being spotted acting strangely on York Street. According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, Marcum was first arrested on a public intoxication charge and after detectives were brought in, was charged in the burglaries as well.

Newport Police Chief Tom Collins called Marcum's behavior "just creepy".
Marcum is locked up in the Campbell County Detention Center where he faces two charges of second degree burglary and one count of intoxication in a public place.
