All 3 NKY County Governments to Hold Joint Meeting to Discuss Heroin
The governments of Kenton, Campbell, and Boone Counties will hold a joint meeting to discuss the heroin problem gripping Northern Kentucky.
The fiscal courts of each county will appear at a public meeting on Thursday, May 1, to discuss a regional approach to treatment and facilities.
The meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m. at the Kenton County Golf Course Clubhouse (3908 Richardson Road) in Independence.
The public is invited to attend the meeting but there will be no public comments accepted and no immediate action will be taken. The only issue on the agenda is the subject of heroin.
The three Judges-Executive of the counties recently appeared together in a cn|2 report discussing a regional approach to treating inmates addicted to heroin.
