Bellevue's Riverfront Apartment Vs. Condo Hearing Postponed Till Mid-Summer
A public hearing scheduled for next week in Bellevue concerning a large development on the riverfront has been postponed.
Earlier this month, the city's planning and zoning commission rejected the Ackerman Group's plans to place 180 apartment units next to a condo building it developed with embers of the commission arguing that the site should be developed as originally planned: with more condos.
The hearing was scheduled for next Thursday but has been pushed back to July 17 at 7 p.m. at the Callahan Center.
The Ackerman Group requested more time to prepare, City Administrator Keith Spoelker told The River City News.
