Deadline Approaching for Funds from Mysterious Covington Group

The deadline is one week away for the next batch of anonymous giving from a mysterious group of local philanthropists.

They call themselves Covington Ten, and are comprised of ten individuals committed to contributing a certain amount of money that is then collectively given to accepted proposals from the community.

One member of the group explained the philosophy to The River City News in April. The first two recipients of the unidentified generosity were announced in May.
