Indicted: 2 Men Accused of Gunning Down Randolph "Noodles" Hughes
A Kenton County Grand Jury indicted two men on murder charges Thursday.
Reginald Ealy and Erik Tucker are both charged with murder in connection with the August 25 shooting death of Randolph "Noodles" Hughes. They each face life in prison or 20 to 50 years if convicted.
Ealy, 22, and Tucker, 23, had recently arrived in Northern Kentucky from the Chicago area shortly before Hughes's murder. The circumstances that preceded the deadly shooting in broad daylight on 13th Street in Covington's Eastside neighborhood have not been made entirely clear.
Anyone with information about why Hughes may have been targeted is asked to call Covington Police Detective Brian Kane at 859.292.2296.
