Three Mainstrasse Properties Hit Market
Three properties on Main Street in Covington's Mainstrasse Village hit the real estate market on Thursday.
604-606, 607, and 608 Main Street are now for sale. All three are currently owned by local businessman Gerald Blaschke, according to Kenton County property records.
604-606 Main Street is currently used as the location of Cosmo's, a bar and restaurant. It is listed at $599,900.The structure is 134 years old and according to the listing, the two buildings could be sold separately.
607 Main Street is a 153-year old building and is currently home to MK's Totebags & Monogramming. It is listed at $209,900.
608 Main Street, used currently as the home of Julie's Inspiration Consignment Shop, is 154 years old and is listed at $274,900.
The Cosmo's building was set to be auctioned earlier this month but was taken off the Master Commissioner's list.
