Hollywood Film Shoot to Close Busy Bellevue Street
A Hollywood film is coming to Northern Kentucky this week and will force a main road to shut down for several hours.
The movie, possibly The Blunderer according to an official with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, will be shooting on Fairfield Avenue (KY 8) in Bellevue on Thursday forcing the road to be closed from 5 p.m. to midnight.
Bellevue Police will be directing traffic but motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and find an alternate route.
Fairfield Avenue is particularly busy during rush hour when the road will be closed on Thursday.
The Blunderer has been shooting in and around Cincinnati since the middle of last month and stars Jessica Biel and Patrick Wilson. It is based on a novel by Patricia Highsmith who also penned The Price of Salt which was the source material for the Cate Blanchett film Carol which also shot in the region.
Thursday's shoot in Bellevue will happen around the Marianne Theater.
