Beyond the Curb Kicks Off in Covington on April 19
Northern Kentucky’s urban renaissance is here! The River Cities of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue and Dayton contribute to a unique, inviting urban area. Beyond the Curb is a series of one-day self-guided urban living tours. The series is a rare opportunity to explore a variety of residential and mixed-use properties while enjoying the finest amenities of the urban lifestyle. Beyond the Curb events will feature a mixture of properties and businesses in a variety of neighborhoods: from market-rate luxury apartments and condominiums to historic mixed-use buildings and single-family residences. Attendees will discover beautifully-preserved historic buildings, skyline views, and the latest in modern interior design.

Beyond the Curb kicks off in Covington, Kentucky on April 19. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and registration will be held at Braxton Brewery Company (27 West 7th Street) between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tickets for Beyond the Curb can also be purchased in advance through Eventbrite by clicking here.
The City of Covington has undergone a dramatic transformation, creating a precedent for urban renaissance in the region. Over the past three years, more than $20 million in new development has occurred and another $165 million is in the works. New residents, businesses, and visitors are flocking to the city’s core. This swift recovery is largely a result of developments that will be featured on the tour in April.
