Northern Kentucky’s urban renaissance is here! The River Cities of Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue and Dayton contribute to a unique, inviting urban area. Beyond the Curb is a series of one-day self-guided urban living tours. The series is a rare opportunity to explore a variety of residential and mixed-use properties while enjoying the finest amenities of the urban lifestyle. Whether you’re an empty nester, a hatching young professional, or anyone in between, go Beyond the Curb to discover urban living in a new context.

Beyond the Curb events will feature a mixture of properties and businesses in a variety of neighborhoods: from market-rate luxury apartments and condominiums to historic mixed-use buildings and single-family residences. Attendees will discover beautifully-preserved historic buildings, skyline views, and the latest in modern interior design.

Jeanne Schroer, President/CEO of The Catalytic Fund explains, “The Catalytic Fund’s mission is to accelerate the momentum of our urban renaissance.  This event will highlight opportunities to experience the quality and ease of the urban lifestyle for both current residents and those being introduced to the area for the first time.”

Beyond the Curb kicks off in Covington, Kentucky on April 19. The event runs from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and registration will be held at Braxton Brewery Company (27 West 7th Street) between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Tickets for Beyond the Curb can also be purchased in advance through Eventbrite by clicking here.
