Adorable Photos of Kids at the Taylor Mill Easter Egg Hunt
One day into spring, the City of Taylor Mill took advantage of the terrific weather to hold its annual Easter Egg Hunt at Pride Park.
This year the age range was from birth to ten years and the roped-off areas were over by the community center because of the construction on the other side of the park.
"We have about 2200 pieces of candy per age group, and we have five age groups," said Jill Bailey, City Administrator for Taylor Mill. "We also have a special bunny basket prize for one person in each age group."
Crowds of families came to participate in the egg hunt, which was more of a candy hunt, but the children thought the candy sure looked good sitting there in the grass.
Even though each age group went separately, from youngest to oldest, the whole thing was over in less than an hour. Most everybody had a good time, though the little ones preferred to keep their distance from that giant bunny on the porch.
