We Got a Sneak Peek Inside Dayton's Manhattan Harbour Homes
Wow! What a remarkable community being developed on the Ohio River in Dayton.
After years of planning and discussions, the first homes are almost complete at Manhattan Harbour and The River City News got to tour three of the stunning residences thanks to Huff Realty's Debbie Robke.
The bold development will bring real estate to Dayton valued at, near, or above $1 million each.
Once going inside this ambitious housing project, the price is understandable. What a view of the river, of the Cincinnati skyline, and of Dayton! The development is so special that it was selected to host this year's HomeFest coming up in the fall.
The first home we toured was 585 Manhattan Boulevard, priced at $995,000. It is a custom, 3-story home described as an entertainer's dream. It comes with a 29x17 "riverboat room" with a wet bar that leads to a 30x32 rooftop deck and a first floor patio with views. The home is still under construction, but even incomplete, it is breathtaking.
Next we toured the sprawling 525 Manhattan Boulevard, listed at $1.9 million. The luxury, custom home has walls of windows that reach twenty feet high! It comes with a wrap-around deck, and a master bedroom that Robke says "will make you feel like royalty".
Finally, we checked out the home closest to completion: 24 Manhattan Boulevard, listed by Lee Robinson of Robinson Sotheby's at $1.2 million. This luxury home boasts sweeping views of the river and the city, features a beautiful upscale kitchen, and stunning built-ins in the living room that comes complete with high ceilings.
There are more homes to come and lots of land still available for those looking for riverfront living. Apartments and senior living are also part of the future plans at Manhattan Harbour.
