Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber President to Speak at CBC Luncheon

Jill Meyer, new Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber President/CEO and former Member-in-Charge of Frost Brown Todd will address the Covington Business Council luncheon crowd September 17 at the Madison Events Center in Covington. The luncheon is sponsored by Frost Brown Todd.

Meyer takes over the reins of the region’s largest business membership organization at one of the most pivotal periods in the region’s history, with strong momentum and development along the riverfront and Central Business District, continued growth in Over-the-Rhine and Uptown. But as a region, Cincinnati USA is also dealing with its share of challenges – racial issues, talent attraction and transportation – including creating a more competitive fare price structure at CVG.

At the luncheon, Jill will discuss the job ahead and how Cincinnati USA and its riverfront partners can continue working together to add more jobs and housing to strengthen our region’s urban core.

Meyer, Frost Brown Todd Member-in-Charge since 2009, led the firm’s business development, civic and charitable initiatives and client relations. She accepted the Chamber leadership role in August 2015 after a 19-year career with FBT where she maintained a full legal practice and oversaw the firm’s advertising law consultancy. A magna cum laude graduate of Mount Saint Joseph University and Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University, Meyer has been named to Best Lawyers in America® consistently since 2007 for Media Law and Intellectual Property Litigation.

She serves on the boards of Cincinnati Arts Association, Hamilton County Development Disabilities Services, YWCA and the Regional Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Cincinnati.  She and her husband, concert pianist Awadagin Pratt, are chairs of the 2016 ArtsWave campaign.

Networking/Registration starts at 11:30 a.m and the program runs from noon to 1:00 p.m. Free parking is available in the adjacent 7th Street City Garage. To register, visit
