Session Two: Financing Business Growth
When starting your business what is one thing you need? Money, of course. It may surprise you to learn that one the biggest causes for business failure is not lack of sales growth but rather insufficient cash. Is this normal, can you sustain the financial needs long term, should you finance operations with debt or should you seek more funds from investors? These and other questions will be answered in this session on financing growth.
