Children, Inc. Director to Speak at Kenton Rotary Luncheon
Michael Hammons, Director of Advocacy for Children, Inc., will be the guest speaker at the Rotary Club of Kenton County’s luncheon meeting on Thursday, June 16.
The mission of Children, Inc., is to continually work to meet the needs of children and families in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati by offering high quality child care and education centers for infants to kindergarten-age children, free home visitation programs for first time, at-risk mothers, while providing professional development for staff and the community, including parents. Children, Inc.’s School Age Services program offers before and after school care at 18 schools, extended kindergarten day at six locations and a fun SummerCare program each year.
“The Rotary Club of Kenton County is thrilled to have Mr. Hammons as our guest speaker,” stated President Carol Margrave. “Our club members are looking forward to hearing an update about the programs Children, Inc. provides to the Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati area.”
