Sheriff Among 3 from Kenton Inducted Into Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame
Kenton County Sheriff Chuck Korzenborn and two others from Kenton County were inducted into the Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame.
Korzenborn is joined in the honor by Air Force Staff Sergeant Kenneth Aynes and Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant Samuel D. Deeds. Korzenborn was a staff sergeant in the Army.
A ceremony took place in Frankfort last week.
"I was humbled to be listed in the company of those who gave so much in the service of our country and will continue to strive to honor their sacrifice," Korzenborn said in a statement.
This was the third class of inductees into the Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame. Twenty names were added to the rolls this year.
