Roebling Suspension Bridge to Close Thursday for Cincinnati Bell Commercial
The John A. Roebling Suspension Bridge will be closed for part of Thursday and you can thank the Super Bowl for any traffic problems.
Cincinnati Bell is shooting a commercial on the iconic structure and the spot is slated to air locally during the Sunday, February 5 game.
The bridge will be closed to vehicular traffic with limited pedestrian access from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday.
Law enforcement officers will be posted at the foot of the bridge on the Cincinnati and Covington sides to direct motorists.
The historic blue bridge will be one of multiple area landmarks featured during Cincinnati Bell’s 60-second commercial promoting its hometown and the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar.
The crew is scheduled to shoot in Cincinnati January 18 - 23.
