It's become an annual kick-off to the fall season in Dayton: Kite Festival!
It was back on Saturday with lots of kids, kites, mascots, fun, food, music, and games.
RCN's Brian Frey was at Gil Lynn Park and produced this slideshow (and RCN's Michael Monks made a guest appearance as the world's least-intimidating Batman...).
