Police Seek Suspects After Grant Co. Shooting

Someone was shot in Crittenden on Friday night and now Kentucky State Police are investigating.

Details are limited, but the police, in a news release sent out Saturday, said that dispatchers were called at around 9 p.m. Friday about shots fired.

When officers arrived, numerous shell casings and blood were found on U.S. 25. The roadway was shut down.

Investigators later learned that a wounded male had transported himself to a local hospital. His age and injuries were not detailed in the news release.

Police later learned that an argument had taken place between multiple people and when two members of the group departed in a vehicle, one of them began firing from the car.

That pair fled the area and have not been located but police believe they are driving a white 4-door Toyota Camry, which could have bullet holes in the rear of it.

Call police if you have any information.
