Missing Covington Woman Found Safe
A woman from Covington missing since Sunday has been located and is safe, police said Friday.
Geraldine Golsby, 71, had not been seen by her family since before she left St. Elizabeth Hospital in Covington on Sunday. On Wednesday, police released an updated image of Golsby, showing her using an automated teller machine in downtown Covington on Monday.
Covington Police did not say where Golsby was located or when in a news release issued Friday.
"Mrs. Golsby has been located. Her family has been notified of her location and that she is safe and sound," police said in the statement.
Covington Police also thanked "everyone who called in tips to our detectives - there was a huge response." Cincinnati Police also received thanks from Covington Police for that department's assistance, the release said.
